Happy International Talk Like a Pirate Day, Little Ducks!

This holiday was created in 1995 by (my buddy) John Baur (Ol' Chumbucket) and Mark Summers (Cap'n Slappy), of Albany, Oregon, when the two of them proclaimed that September 19 would henceforth be the day when everyone in the world should talk like a pirate. It got national attention when Dave Barry wrote about it in his syndicated column in 2002.
