Words of wisdom I wish I knew when I was a kid

Bite less; chew more

Always make new mistakes.

Don’t rely on other people to make you happy.

Don’t judge yourself on your intentions, but your actions.

Money comes and goes. Time just goes.

Drive slow in bad weather.

Value experiences over possessions.

Drama is never worth putting up with.

All adventures in life start by just showing up.

Never stop learning.

Invest well in things between you and the ground: tires, shoes, bed.

Dress to impress.

Read. A lot.

Don’t give up what you want most for what you want now.

Don’t live on the Internet. Go out and experience real life

See the world while you still don’t have a ton of responsibilities.

Getting a degree matters, but just getting the right degree matters more.

Find three hobbies you love: one to make you money, one to keep you in shape, and one to be creative.
