MONDAY MIND GAME

One day,  I was unable to login to my bank account with my password,  so I contacted them via phone.

Our conversation went as follows:

ME: My password is altered, but I'm unable to log in.

BANK REP: Your password is distinct this time and it has 8 letters, two of which are the same as your previous password.

ME: Got it.  

And I was successfully able to log in.
