I've got so many favorite scenes in the series, but this one speaks to me. One of the main characters, James Holden, is a coffee fanatic. However, being in space presents its own set of problems as to the availability of the magic bean, so Holden has learned to make do with an ersatz version of coffee concocted out of scraped match heads. Through a series of events, Holden and his crew find themselves the owners ("by legitimate salvage") of a state-of-the-art Martian gunship with an honest-to-God coffeemaker on board. Holden's discovery of the machine and subsequent first sip are worthy of an Emmy (if it were up to me).
