FINALLY, home...

Man, it's been a long 8 days.  I went into the hospital for cancer surgery on July 14 (at 5:15 AM!), and just got home about an hour ago.

It was a drawn-out, 12-hour procedure, but, aside from a few hiccups, everything went well. TONS of kudos to the staff at Cedars Sinai, who were all incredibly professional, and yet had enough of a sense of humor (and the wisdom) to laugh at my jokes.

So now it's several weeks of recuperation before we make any decisions on what, if anything, has to come next,

But it's good to be home!
