Australian New Year's Party, anyone?
When I was going to school and working in Chicago (back when Nixon was President), my favorite pizza joint was (and has continued to be) Gino's East. Whenever we decided to have a pizza party, the people in my dorm would declare it "Australian New Year's" (because why not? Who knows - it could be), and we'd get some large, Chicago-Style pizzas (deep-dish-tomato-sauce-on-top-and-you-can-FEEL-your-arteries-clogging-with-every-bite). Whenever I visit the Windy City, I make a pilgrimage to 162 Superior Street for this incredible delicacy.
